I honestly can’t recommend this practice highly enough. They were recommended to me by other vets, and from our very first appointment through to the last, the care has been exceptional. The vets have been thorough, compassionate, and completely committed to doing all they can for my dog’s health. They always took the time to explain things clearly and treated her with real gentleness and respect. In the more difficult moments especially, their compassion, sensitivity, and support really stood out. The reception team are equally wonderful, always welcoming, helpful, and personal in their approach. You’re never made to feel like just another appointment. We’re incredibly grateful for the care and kindness shown to us and our dog throughout.

My dog Franky developed an eye ulcer the evening before and I was away from home with Franky so I rang Well pets and straight away they took him in and they contacted his regular vet for medical history and treated him right away. I've since had him back to his own Vets and am pleased to say he has made a full recovery so thanks very very much for your service. I definitely recommend this establishment.

Been going to well pet for the last 12 years years alway's great experience for the dog the girls are great with him the vet's put the animals at ease. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend The Well Pet Hospital. The staff at Reception are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Leo, my 9 year old schnauzer, is receiving excellent care. The clinicians are very caring and explain all necessary procedures with me step by step. I hate leaving Leo in the hospital but i know i am leaving him in the best possible hands.

I have been attending the wellpet hospital for the past 18 years & they are at the top of their game. They are transparent, Straight forward & very professional. The only negative I would have (& this is not a reflection on wellpet but all vets) is the extremely high prices for procedures, medication etc. I feel this needs to be looked at given the times we are living in now. A reduction in cost, pay in installments etc would be a massive help to the consumers.

One of our kittens got really badly sick. Local vet was trying to help us, but she lost 50% of weight stopped eating and was getting worse and worse. Thanks for huge patrience from The Well Pet Team our kitten gets better now, regained weight, started eating and getting better in overall. I got many follow up calls from clinic so they are truly caring and definitely loves pets!

We were fitted in with an emergency cat situation but did not feel rushed. The Vet took plenty of time and tone to explain what she was doing and what was on the plan to do next. € was explained in the treatment room and again at reception. Therecwas no pressure and option to pay on collection was offered.
